Dallas, Texas, United States, September 2025 – Amrita Bhaumik has joined Team Car Care, dba Jiffy Lube as the new Vice President of Human Resources, bringing with her over two decades of global HR leadership experience across automotive, manufacturing, and consulting sectors. In this strategic leadership role, Amrita will partner closely with the executive team to scale HR capabilities, enhance employee experience, and support over 5,000 team members across 550+ service locations nationwide.
Prior to joining Team Car Care, Amrita Bhaumik served as a Strategic HR Business Consultant & Public Speaker at Sensimind Partners LLC, where she advised organizations on talent strategy, leadership development, performance management, and global workforce transformation. Her work emphasized building high-performing and resilient teams through tailored HR interventions and executive coaching.
Before her consulting tenure, she held the role of Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Valvoline Global Operations (VGO). In this role, she led a global HR team covering 3,000 employees across 29 countries and 15 manufacturing sites. She successfully orchestrated the HR separation from Valvoline Inc. and the integration with Aramco, while leading initiatives on workforce planning, digital transformation, inclusion, leadership development, and global compensation strategies.
Previously, Amrita was Senior Director of HR at Valvoline Inc., where she led global HRBPs, managed union and works council negotiations, oversaw greenfield expansions in Asia and Europe, and led pandemic response strategies, including return-to-office planning and employee communications.
She also held roles as Director of HR – Valvoline International, HR Manager for APAC, MEA, and India at Ashland, and HR Business Partner at Valvoline Cummins Pvt Ltd, giving her a strong foundation in international HR leadership, M&A, and operational excellence. Her early career included HR leadership at Amway India, where she drove key employee engagement and development initiatives.
