Houston, Texas, United States, November 2025 — Cooper Machinery Services has announced the appointment of Amy Roddy as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With extensive expertise in organizational transformation, enterprise HR leadership, and large-scale workforce strategy, Amy will lead Cooper’s global HR function as the company continues to expand capabilities, evolve operational excellence, and accelerate its people agenda.
Amy joins Cooper from Diamond Offshore, where she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and played a pivotal role in transforming the HR function following a company restructuring. She led global HR operations for complex, technically skilled, and geographically distributed workforces while driving key strategic initiatives that improved performance, organizational alignment, and transformation outcomes.
Prior to joining Cooper, Amy Roddy most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Diamond Offshore, where she led a multi-year HR transformation focused on strengthening operational capability and modernizing compensation strategy across global teams.
