A seasoned research and analytics leader, Ankita brings over 14 years of experience in real estate market strategy, advisory, and data-driven insights, reinforcing Knight Frank’s focus on research excellence in an evolving property landscape.
Prior to this, Ankita served as Director & Head of Research at REA India, where she spearheaded critical research and analytics initiatives to shape long-term business and marketing strategies. Her thought leadership and ability to translate market intelligence into actionable insights played a pivotal role in REA’s positioning within the Indian real estate ecosystem.
This appointment also marks a return to Knight Frank India, where Ankita spent nearly seven years in progressively senior roles within the firm’s Research and Advisory Services, contributing significantly to knowledge creation and client advisory across commercial and residential segments. Her earlier professional foundation was built at Feedback INFRA, where she served as a Senior Analyst in management consulting.
Ankita is an alumna of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she studied Real Estate Economics and Finance, and also holds an advanced certificate in Managing Brands and Marketing Communication from MICA | The School of Ideas.
