Dallas, Texas, United States, March 2025 – Anna Obert has been promoted to the role of Vice President, Human Resources, Global ADE/ST & North America at Bodycote, the world’s leading provider of heat treatment and specialist thermal processing services. In her elevated role, Anna will oversee HR strategies across Bodycote’s Advanced Delivery & Engineering / Surface Technology business globally, in addition to leading HR operations across North America.
Anna has been with Bodycote for nearly three years, previously serving as Vice President, Human Resources, North America, where she led people strategies across multiple business units. She also held the interim Chief Human Resources Officer role for a period in 2024, demonstrating her capabilities in global HR leadership and organizational transformation.

Prior to Bodycote, Anna spent over 13 years at Avantor, where she held a series of progressively senior roles, including Senior Director of Global Compensation, Director of Global HR Operations, and HR Director for the COO Organization. Her extensive background in strategic compensation, organizational design, and HR operations helped drive global alignment and scalability.
Earlier in her career at Avantor, Anna contributed to various business functions in HR management and business partnership roles, leading M&A integrations, supporting global manufacturing and sales teams, and building effective union-management collaboration strategies.
