World Vision announces appointment of Annelise Thornton as Chief People & Culture Officer!
Annelise comes from VisionFund International where she held the position of Global Director, People & Culture. She has been serving as World Vision’s interim CPO for the last six months and we are delighted she has been appointed to the role.
Annelise has a great desire to be faithful in her calling to serve with World Vision.

Annelise is an experienced Human Resources Leader with experience of working in multiple sectors. A values based leader and strategic business partner. Skilled in Leadership, HR Consulting, Strategy and Planning, Organisation and Talent Development, Recruiting, Compliance and Program Management. Strong human resources professional experienced in developing and managing high performance teams, with an Under Graduate in Psychology, and a Post Graduate Certificate (Open) focused in Business Administration from The Open University.
