New Delhi, Delhi, India, November 2025 — Anshul Popli has been appointed as the Head – Product & Execution at Smartworks, marking a significant leadership addition as the company continues to scale its pan-India managed campus portfolio. In this strategic role, he will oversee procurement and project delivery across MEP, QS, and execution functions, driving delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and high-quality project outcomes. His appointment strengthens Smartworks’ commitment to building superior, technology-enabled, large-format campuses delivered within optimized timelines and quality benchmarks.
Before joining Smartworks, Anshul Popli founded Modern Intrno, an interior fit-out firm where he successfully led client acquisition, end-to-end project delivery, and seamless coordination across design intent, quality standards, execution timelines, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Anshul gained experience across project execution and business operations through engagements that strengthened his understanding of delivery frameworks, construction workflows, and design-execution alignment—laying the foundation for his transition into senior leadership roles within the built-environment and workspace transformation sectors.
Anshul’s early exposure to project and operational dynamics shaped his approach to execution-led leadership. Working closely with cross-functional teams enabled him to build a strong grounding in procurement planning, execution audits, workflow optimization, and vendor management—skills that now support his leadership at Smartworks.
