Pune, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – Anshuman Mishra has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Markets, where he will be responsible for financial strategy, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and risk management to support the company’s expansion in India’s financial marketplace.
Anshuman transitions into this role after serving as Head of Finance at Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited for nearly seven years, where he played a pivotal role in financial planning, budgeting, compliance management, and working capital management. Prior to that, he was National Manager – Finance at Bajaj Finserv, focusing on financial reporting, balance sheet management, and strategic financial planning.
Before joining Bajaj Finserv, Anshuman held key finance leadership roles at Bajaj Allianz Financial Distributors Limited and Bajaj Financial Solutions Limited, heading operations and finance functions. His expertise spans direct and indirect taxation, investor relations, and corporate finance.
Earlier in his career, Anshuman worked in taxation and compliance roles at Shah Khandelwal Jain & Associates, Kumar Urban Development Limited, and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. He began his professional journey with M B Gabhawala & Co., where he gained experience in statutory audits, tax audits, and financial feasibility analysis.
With over two decades of experience in financial leadership, Anshuman Mishra is set to drive Bajaj Markets’ financial operations, strategic planning, and regulatory excellence as the company continues to evolve as India’s leading financial marketplace.
