England, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Anulika Oligboh has been appointed as the Head of People at Spire Healthcare Group plc. With a wealth of experience in human resources and strategic leadership, Anulika brings a strong background in talent management and organizational development to her new role, aiming to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives at Spire Healthcare.
Anulika Oligboh joins Spire Healthcare Group plc with an extensive career in HR leadership. At Spire Healthcare, she will focus on enhancing HR practices, building a strong organizational culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to this, Anulika served as the Senior People Business Partner at Allwyn UK for approximately 4 months, where she transitioned from Camelot, serving as a co-chair of the Culture Community (DEI). Her tenure at Camelot spanned over 4 years and 8 months, during which she held various roles including Senior People Business Partner & Reward Lead, Culture Community Co-Chair (DEI), and Senior People Business Partner.
Before Camelot, Anulika was the Human Resources Business Partner at Jordans Dorset Ryvita for about 1 year and 3 months. She also served as the Regional HR Manager at Allied Bakeries (part of Associated British Foods) for approximately 1 year and 5 months, and held roles at AB World Foods Ltd as an HR Advisor and HR Graduate Trainee.
Earlier in her career, Anulika held positions such as HR & Training Co-ordinator at QubeGB LTD, HR and Regeneration Assistant (interim) at Stevenage Borough Council, and Personal Assistant at London 2012. Her diverse experience includes roles at The Lister Hospital and The John Henry Newman School, showcasing her versatility and expertise in HR management.
