Washington, D.C., United States, August 2025 – Anum Ganju has been appointed as the Vice President of People at José Andrés Group, where she will oversee the people strategy and HR operations for one of the most dynamic culinary collectives in the world. Known for its mission to change the world through the power of food, José Andrés Group operates a diverse portfolio of over 30 restaurants globally.
Prior to joining José Andrés Group, Anum Ganju served for approximately three years as Vice President of Human Resources at Seaport Entertainment Group, where she played a pivotal role in HR integration following the transition from Creative Culinary Management Company.
Before that, she held the position of Chief People Officer at City Winery for nearly four years, where she drove strategic HR initiatives across multiple locations, aligning culture with business performance in the hospitality and live entertainment sectors.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an HR Consultant at RealHR Solutions LLC, helping startups and mid-sized companies strengthen their people practices, and also served as Human Resources Manager at Citarella and Sonnier & Castle, with prior foundational experience at The Fireman Hospitality Group.
Anum Ganju holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR).
