Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 2025 – Ashish Pandey has been appointed as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Retail & Pharmacy at Aster DM Healthcare, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise technology solutions. In this role, he will drive technology-led innovations, enhance IT infrastructure, and strengthen digital capabilities across one of the largest retail and pharmacy networks in the GCC region.
Before joining Aster DM Healthcare, Ashish served as the Head of IT at Dabur India Limited, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and optimized enterprise IT solutions. Prior to this, he was a senior technology leader at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, overseeing IT and digital integration efforts during a major merger. His contributions were instrumental in streamlining operations and enabling scalable digital solutions.
Ashish’s career also includes tenure at Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., where he led enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and IBM in the United States, where he delivered SAP ERP solutions for global clients across multiple industries. His expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and IT governance positions him as a strategic leader in the healthcare technology sector.
Ashish Pandey holds an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and a Bachelor of Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. His strong technical foundation, combined with leadership experience, will support Aster DM Healthcare’s vision for digital transformation and operational excellence.
