Ashley’s most recent role was as Director of Human Resource Management at The Kintock Group in Newark, New Jersey. During her five-year tenure, she played a pivotal role in managing union contracts and developing human resource strategies that enhanced organizational efficiency.
Prior to The Kintock Group, Ashley served as Human Resource Manager at Coastal Supply Group in Staten Island, New York. Her expertise in HR development was instrumental in optimizing workforce management and employee engagement.
At Renaissance Healthcare Group in Orlando, Florida, Ashley held the position of Human Resource Manager. She successfully implemented HR initiatives that improved staff retention and satisfaction.
Ashley also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Taylor & Francis Group, LLC in Boca Raton, Florida. Her skills in human resource development contributed to the organization’s strategic HR planning and execution.
In her role as Director of Human Resources at Lumeta Corporation in Somerset, New Jersey, Ashley led HR functions and drove employee development programs that aligned with corporate goals.
Ashley’s career includes significant experience as Director of Human Resources at Easy Soft, Inc. and IUOE Local 825. At IUOE Local 825, she managed union contracts and human resource development for four years, further honing her expertise in labor relations.
She began her career as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at University Pain Medicine Center in Somerset, New Jersey, where she gained valuable experience in HR operations and employee relations.
