Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Bric-X Infra Pvt. Ltd., she is known for her strategic HR leadership and people-centric approach to driving organizational growth.

Before joining Bric-X Infra, Bhawna held senior HR roles at URBAN ORCHARDS PVT. LTD., Omshivam Buildtech, and Publicis Sapient, where she led critical talent initiatives, workforce planning, and HR transformation programs. Her expertise lies in aligning HR with business goals, building high-performing teams, and fostering cultures of performance and engagement.

Bhawna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), one of India’s premier B-schools.
