Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 – Ruchi Patial has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Anish India Exports, marking a significant leadership milestone within the organization.
Ruchi has been associated with Anish India Exports for over five years, most recently serving as HOD – HR & International Compliance, where she led Global HR and served as a Strategic HRBP for manufacturing units and corporate functions. In this capacity, she aligned people strategy with production efficiency, quality standards, and global buyer expectations. She governed factory HR, industrial relations, and PAN-India payroll and statutory compliance for over 2,000 employees across factories, MBOs, EBOs, and corporate offices.
She also headed international social, technical, and trade compliance, managing audits including SEDEX (SMETA), SA8000, WRAP, C-TPAT, ISO 9001:2015, GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, CoC, HIGG, BLUESIGN, and FTA. As the primary buyer and auditor interface, she drove CAP closures, risk mitigation, governance reviews, and supply chain traceability initiatives through Retraced, ensuring transparency and ethical sourcing. Her leadership extended to talent acquisition, HR budgeting, training programs, CSR/ESG initiatives, and mentoring a multi-functional HR team.
Prior to joining Anish India Exports, Ruchi served as Senior Manager – Human Resource at DEHN INDIA Pvt. Ltd., where she led India HR operations for the Germany-headquartered multinational, aligning local practices with global HR standards. Earlier, at GIVO Pvt. Ltd., she headed HR, payroll, compliance, and recruitment across 45+ PAN-India retail outlets, supporting workforce scaling and retail expansion.
Her earlier career includes HR leadership and recruitment roles at CPA iRisk Advisors Pvt Ltd, where she specialized in senior-level and niche technical recruitment for Big 4 consulting firms, as well as business development roles at M.G. INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED and Netsmartz, building strong commercial and stakeholder management capabilities.
