London, United Kingdom, July 2026 — Paysafe has appointed Najuma Atkinson as its new Chief People Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its global payments platform and accelerate its next phase of growth.
Najuma brings nearly 30 years of global leadership experience in human resources, talent management, organizational transformation, and culture across leading multinational organizations. In her new role, she will lead Paysafe’s global People function, driving talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a high-performing culture that supports the company’s long-term business objectives.
Prior to joining Paysafe, Najuma served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Hasbro, where she led the global people strategy and workforce transformation initiatives. Before assuming the Chief People Officer role, she was Executive Vice President, Chief Talent and Operations Officer at Hasbro, overseeing talent, operations, and organizational capability. Alongside her executive career, she continues to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee Chair at Marqeta, contributing her expertise in governance, executive compensation, and leadership.
Earlier, Najuma spent 22 years at Dell Technologies, holding a series of senior leadership positions across human resources, customer operations, talent management, HR services, analytics, and business transformation. As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, she led Dell’s Global HR Services organization supporting more than 100,000 employees and 50,000 contingent workers worldwide, overseeing employee relations, payroll, HR operations, talent services, compliance, M&A integration, and workforce operations. She also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Office, leading customer data, analytics, and enterprise-wide customer experience initiatives, alongside numerous HR leadership roles throughout her two-decade tenure.
Earlier in her career, Najuma held leadership positions at Deutsche Bank and SunTrust Bank, building a strong foundation in financial services before transitioning into global human resources leadership.
With deep expertise spanning people strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, HR operations, talent management, culture, employee experience, and global workforce strategy, Najuma is well positioned to lead Paysafe’s people agenda during a period of continued innovation and growth.
