Mr Samir Joshipura has joined Trident Group India as Group CEO. This is his second stint at Trident Group. Previously he has served as Chief Strategy Officer & Corporate Advisory Board Member.
Mr. Samir Joshipura a Strategic Thinker and a Transformational Leader is an Engineer & an MBA with 25+ years of Strategy, Change and Transformation experience. He has transformed/consulted organisations across industries, including Building Materials, Auto Components, Textiles, Paper, FMCG, Banking and IT, thereby significantly revamping strategy, structure, systems, leadership, people, and go-to-market approach. He is Instrumental in establishing management concepts like Balance Score Card, Branding, Viable Vision – Theory of Constraints, IT Strategic Outsourcing, Finance Restructuring, TQM-LEAN etc.
Prior to Trident Group, he has worked in the capacity of CEO of Sintex, Chief Strategy Officer & Corporate Advisory Board Member of Trident Group. Previously, he has also served Prudential, Siemens and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). At the core of Samir’s leadership is the people he works with. He, not only engages, aligns and inspires his team but also discovers change agents within each of them to produce extraordinary results.
An MBA in General Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and Leadership Development Program from ISB, his zeal to deliver extraordinary performance in a constrained environment has been exemplified throughout his career.
