Perrysburg, Ohio, United States, December 2024 – Jamie Woodell has been appointed as Sr. Director, SC Talent, Training & Enterprise Excellence at The Campbell’s Company, marking a pivotal step in her career. In this newly elevated role, Jamie will oversee talent strategies, training initiatives, and enterprise excellence efforts within the supply chain, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Before stepping into her current role, Jamie served as Director, Supply Chain Talent & Training at The Campbell’s Company. During her tenure, she successfully implemented supply chain transformation initiatives, focused on technical skills development, and led digitization efforts for training systems across the supply chain.

Previously, Jamie held the position of Human Resource Director, Supply Chain Meals & Beverage, Make vs. Buy, where she provided HR leadership for a workforce of over 4,200 employees across multiple manufacturing facilities. Her efforts included leading training strategies, onboarding programs, and leadership development initiatives tailored to union and non-union sites.

In her earlier roles at Campbell’s, Jamie was a Site Senior Human Resource Manager at a large food manufacturing facility and later transitioned to leadership positions in HR and training management. These roles highlighted her ability to drive employee engagement, implement strategic HR initiatives, and enhance workforce productivity.

Jamie’s extensive career in human resources and supply chain operations spans over two decades, including impactful roles at Bolthouse Farms, Solutia, Inc., and other Campbell’s divisions.
