With 14+ years in the people function and over 20 years of overall experience,, Arundhatii Grover Jain joins Hashtag Orange to shape culture and workforce strategy for its next phase of growth in India
Gurgaon, Haryana, India, August 2026 — Hashtag Orange has announced the appointment of Arundhatii Grover Jain as Deputy General Manager, People and Culture, bringing two decades of experience building organisations where people genuinely want to work. As Hashtag Orange scales its operations in India, it is placing a clear bet on culture as much as capability, and her arrival signals that the company sees culture and people strategy as a driver of growth, not a support function on the side. Her focus will extend beyond policy documentation to the everyday experience of working at Hashtag Orange, ensuring the culture scales with the same intent as the business itself.
Arundhatii brings extensive experience leading global operations and shared services at scale. Prior to joining Hashtag Orange, she was with BT eServ, where she progressed through multiple roles spanning HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Global Vendor Management, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services. She has delivered several high-impact initiatives, including large-scale workforce transitions, Return-to-Office implementation for over 10,000 employees, contingent workforce transformation, policy development, and process automation, while driving significant cost efficiencies and operational excellence. A certified POSH Trainer and ICC Panel Member, Arundhatii is passionate about building inclusive workplaces, developing people-centric policies, and partnering with business leaders to create high-performing teams and a strong organizational culture.
India’s job market is expanding fast, and so is the competition for talent. Today’s workforce wants more than a paycheque – flexibility, real visibility into career growth, and a culture worth staying for. Building that kind of employer brand takes the same discipline agencies like Hashtag Orange bring to client brands, understanding your audience, shaping an authentic narrative, and delivering it consistently across every touchpoint. The companies pulling ahead treat their people function as a brand-building muscle, not an administrative one. Arundhatii’s appointment reflects exactly that shift bringing in someone who has already built the governance frameworks and scalable practices this moment demands.
“Arundhatii’s experience in building scalable, governance led people practices makes her exactly the kind of leader we need as we grow our team in India. She will be looking after our People and Culture charter end to end, and I am confident her approach will strengthen both how we operate and the experience our people have while working with us,” said Mukesh Vij, Founder, Hashtag Orange.
Arundhatii Grover Jain, Deputy General Manager, People and Culture, Hashtag Orange noted, “I am excited to join Hashtag Orange at a time when the organisation is placing real emphasis on its people strategy. My focus will be on strengthening governance, deepening the employee experience, and partnering closely with business leaders to build teams that can grow alongside the company.”
