Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 – Asma Sultana has joined eClerx as Principal, Head of Human Resources, marking a significant addition to the company’s executive leadership team. With an extensive HR background spanning over two decades, Asma brings deep expertise in global talent strategy, leadership development, DEIB, and HR transformation to her new role at the productized services firm.
Prior to joining eClerx, Asma served as Global Talent Management Head at Alorica, where she led the design and execution of the company’s global hiring and talent development strategy, driving a 30% year-over-year headcount growth and aligning HR practices with the company’s IPO goals. She was instrumental in scaling the organization’s innovation-focused Digital Business Center in Bengaluru.
Before Alorica, Asma spent nearly 15 years at Accenture, where she held multiple senior leadership roles. As Senior Vice President – Leadership Hiring (Operations), she was responsible for executive-level recruitment across diverse offerings. In her earlier role as VP HR Business Partner for NA, AAPAC, Europe, and LATAM, she provided strategic HR direction across geographies and delivered transformative HR programs aligned with global business priorities.
In her early years at Accenture, she held responsibilities in Talent Strategy, Competency Assessments, and Industry Group HR Leadership, gaining recognition for driving retention programs, leadership development initiatives, and high-performance workplace strategies. Asma also served as Senior Manager – HR Business Partner at HP, where she supported 2,000+ employees and led workforce performance initiatives for the controllership division.
