New Delhi, India, June 2026 — Neeraj Bhatia has joined Dhanyaayai Enterprise Private Limited as Global Chief Executive Officer. After nearly three decades across enterprise technology leadership roles at organizations including ServiceNow, Elastic, Red Hat, Dell Technologies, Sun Microsystems, and IBM, this transition marks an exciting new chapter focused on building a next-generation AI and agentic-first services organization.
Prior to joining Dhanyaayai Enterprise Private Limited, Neeraj was associated with ServiceNow, where he served in senior leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Sales. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving business growth, customer engagement, and enterprise technology adoption across the market.
Before ServiceNow, he spent more than two years with Elastic, where he served as Country Manager – India & SAARC and previously as Regional Vice President. He was responsible for scaling the business, building high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and driving growth across the region.
Earlier, Neeraj held leadership positions at Red Hat, including Senior Director Sales and Director – Commercial & Partner Sales, where he led business operations across India and South Asia, developed partner ecosystems, expanded market reach, and accelerated revenue growth. He also held strategic leadership roles with Commvault, Dell Technologies, and Sun Microsystems, building strong expertise in enterprise technology, alliances, channel management, and business transformation.
His professional journey began with leadership assignments at IBM India Limited, DATAPRO, and Channel Strategies, where he built a strong foundation in enterprise sales, channel development, business strategy, and partner management. Across nearly three decades, he has established a proven track record of scaling businesses, leading transformation initiatives, and driving sustainable growth in the technology sector.
