In his new role, Tushar will lead the company’s AI-powered managed services growth strategy, helping enterprise customers unlock measurable business outcomes through artificial intelligence, automation, and technology-led transformation. He will also spearhead the development of J2W’s AI-first Sales Center of Excellence, focused on reimagining how modern sales organizations leverage intelligence, automation, and data-driven insights to serve enterprises at scale.
The appointment reflects JoulestoWatts’ continued commitment to investing in experienced leaders capable of driving the next phase of growth and innovation. As organizations increasingly adopt AI-native operating models, Tushar’s expertise in enterprise technology, automation, business transformation, and revenue growth is expected to play a critical role in strengthening the company’s market position.
Prior to joining JoulestoWatts, Tushar Kamat served as Chief Business Officer at Bizongo, where he played a pivotal role in scaling and transforming multiple business lines. During his tenure, he successfully expanded the company’s Supply Chain Financing business, transformed operations into EBITDA and cash-flow positive territory, and helped secure Series E funding during a challenging funding environment. He also incubated and scaled a B2B Commerce business while leveraging AI-powered technology to create differentiated customer acquisition and growth strategies.
Earlier, Tushar held a leadership role as Field Operating Unit Head, India Business at Automation Anywhere, where he drove hyper-scale growth by helping organizations deploy cognitive automation solutions powered by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence. Under his leadership, the company significantly expanded its presence among large Indian enterprises, government organizations, financial institutions, and Global Capability Centers, achieving remarkable business growth during a period of rapid digital transformation.
Before Automation Anywhere, he served as Managing Director at Accenture, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives across industries including consumer goods, retail, automotive, life sciences, travel, and industrial sectors. His responsibilities included bringing together consulting, technology, and outsourcing capabilities to create transformative business outcomes for clients worldwide.
Tushar also held senior leadership positions at Airtel Business, where he served as Chief Executive Officer, and spent more than eight years with SAP, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Vice President & Head – Enterprise Business, Key Accounts & Strategic Customer Program. At SAP, he managed some of the company’s most strategic customer relationships and played a key role in driving innovation adoption, customer success, and revenue growth across India and the broader region.
With nearly three decades of leadership experience spanning enterprise technology, business development, digital transformation, automation, managed services, and customer growth, Tushar brings a unique combination of commercial acumen and technology expertise.
