Thane, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Shetal Shah has joined Raymond Limited as Lead – Group HR Tech & Analytics. In his new role, he will lead initiatives across HR technology, analytics, automation, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining Raymond Limited, Shetal spent more than four years with Reliance Industries Limited as DGM (Lead) – Enterprise HR Platforms & Transformation, where he led HR digital transformation initiatives for more than 300,000 employees across multiple businesses.
Before Reliance, he was associated with HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd. for nearly nine years as Senior Human Capital Consultant, working across employee engagement, HR consulting, competency frameworks, performance management, and organizational development.
Earlier, Shetal worked with Suzlon Energy Ltd, where he progressed from Management Trainee to Senior Executive – HR Business Partner, gaining experience across HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance management, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement.
He also completed internship assignments with Suzlon Energy Ltd and Asian Electronics Ltd.
