Jelena Stojanović has been with symphony.is for over three years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Branch Manager for six months and as the Head of HR for almost three years. She focused on improving the quality of life for all employees and aligning HR practices with the company’s mission to unleash collective potential and growth.
At TradeCore, Jelena was the Director of People Operations for nearly two years. She developed and implemented a people operations strategy to accredit TradeCore as a ‘Great Place to Work’, aligned people practices with the company’s long-term vision, and designed a comprehensive performance management program.
Jelena also worked at TeleSign as the Manager of Talent Acquisition, where she managed the end-to-end recruitment process, developed a comprehensive onboarding program, and scaled the Serbian office headcount significantly.
Earlier in her career, Jelena held roles such as Senior HR Consultant at ICAP Serbia, HRBP/Recruitment Consultant at MERA, and various positions at Century 21 including HR Manager and Office Manager.
