Philadelphia, United States, June 2024 – Ettel Feinberg has been appointed as the Head of People Operations at Spektrix. With a rich background in human resources and strategic leadership, Ettel brings a strong focus on talent management and organizational development to her new role, aiming to drive impactful HR strategies and initiatives at Spektrix.
Ettel Feinberg joins Spektrix with extensive experience in HR leadership and consulting. At Spektrix, she will focus on enhancing HR practices, building a strong organizational culture, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to this, Ettel served as an HR Consultant at Thread x HR for approximately 1 year and 6 months. In this role, she supported Series A-B tech startups and privately owned businesses, providing services such as HR advisory, project planning, HR systems implementation, and multi-state compliance.
Before Thread x HR, Ettel was the Director, People Operations (HR) at Particle Health for about 1 year and 4 months, where she was responsible for building out the HR function and overall employee experience for a distributed, remote workforce across the US. She oversaw areas such as hiring, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, and HR compliance.
Ettel’s experience also includes serving as the HR Manager (People + Talent) at R-Health for 1 year, where she planned and executed HR functions for a multi-state healthcare-tech organization, developed core HR policies, managed compliance, and led organizational restructuring.
Earlier in her career, Ettel held the position of Manager, Employee Experience (HR + Recruitment) at U-GRO Learning Centres for nearly 2 years and 6 months, where she led HR and recruitment functions, developed employee lifecycle infrastructure, and implemented talent engagement strategies.
