Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — J.P. Morgan has appointed Nikita Maheshwari as Vice President – Global Fintech Partnerships, reinforcing its commitment to driving innovation across its global payments ecosystem. In her new role, Nikita will lead global fintech partnerships and strategic initiatives to enhance J.P. Morgan Payments’ product capabilities, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and commercializing innovative payment solutions, embedded finance opportunities, and ecosystem partnerships that deliver greater value to clients worldwide.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Nikita served as Head – Strategic Partnerships at Fibe (formerly EarlySalary), where she was responsible for building strategic alliances, expanding partnership ecosystems, and supporting business growth initiatives. Earlier, she was Assistant Vice President – New Product Initiatives & Customer Success at Arthmate, leading product innovation, customer success, and strategic initiatives that strengthened the company’s lending and fintech capabilities.
Before moving into the fintech ecosystem, Nikita spent more than eight years with Citi India, where she progressed through multiple leadership positions, including Assistant Vice President, Manager, and Assistant Manager. During her tenure, she led strategic partnerships and alliances for the bank’s credit cards business, managed lending and mortgage portfolios, collaborated closely with product, risk, and operations teams, and played an instrumental role in developing customer-centric financial solutions and business partnerships.
Earlier in her career, Nikita served as Relationship Manager at Indiabulls, where she successfully managed client acquisition, relationship management, and real estate financing solutions. She also gained valuable early industry experience through internships with ITC Limited, National Chemical Laboratory, and Tata Steel, building a strong foundation in market research, product strategy, engineering, and analytical problem-solving.
With more than 13 years of experience across global banking, fintech, strategic partnerships, payments, lending, and product innovation, Nikita has built a strong reputation for driving ecosystem collaborations, commercial partnerships, and customer-focused financial solutions. Her appointment reflects J.P. Morgan’s continued investment in strengthening its global fintech partnerships and accelerating innovation across its payments business.
