Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2026 — MathCo has appointed Shanthala Brahmadev as Head of People Success. In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, leadership capability, and building a high-performance culture to support MathCo’s continued global growth in Enterprise AI and Analytics.
Shanthala brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee experience, and business transformation. She joins MathCo from HGS Digital, where she most recently served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, leading the people agenda for the company’s Digital business across India, the United States, and Jamaica. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization to more than 2,000 employees, driving enterprise-wide talent practices, HR analytics, leadership development, compensation, diversity, succession planning, organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, and culture transformation.
Prior to her elevation to Associate Vice President, Shanthala served as General Manager – HR and Deputy General Manager – HR at HGS Digital, where she introduced several people-first initiatives, including career frameworks, learning ladders, global recognition programs, HR dashboards, cultural campaigns, and employer branding initiatives. She also led business restructuring, succession planning, immigration policy modernization, and global HR process simplification while creating an environment that fostered innovation, leadership development, and employee success.
Earlier in her career, Shanthala held HR leadership roles with Resideo – Honeywell Homes, where she successfully led the HR transition during the company’s global spin-off from Honeywell, establishing HR systems, compliance frameworks, workforce planning, and change management processes. She also served as Human Resources Manager at Honeywell Technology Solutions, partnering with engineering and technology leaders on talent strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership succession. Before that, she spent more than six years at Brillio, leading performance management and HR business partnering across multiple technology functions, following an earlier role in talent acquisition with iGATE.
Shanthala holds an MBA in Human Resources from Visvesvaraya Technological University, providing a strong academic foundation for her extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and organizational transformation.
