Delhi, India, August 2026 — Dabur India Limited has elevated Binit Kumar to the position of Head of Marketing – Health Supplements, Hydration & Baby Care. In his expanded leadership role, he will spearhead Dabur’s flagship healthcare and wellness portfolio, driving brand strategy, innovation, consumer engagement, category growth, and business performance across Health Supplements, Hydration, Baby Care, and Pure Herbs, while further strengthening the company’s leadership in the Ayurveda and wellness space. His new responsibilities include leading iconic brands such as the Dabur Chyawanprash Franchise, Dabur Glucose Franchise, Dabur Lal Tail Franchise, and the wider Dabur Baby and Pure Herbs portfolios.
Bringing extensive expertise in brand management, P&L leadership, marketing strategy, category development, shopper marketing, innovation, consumer insights, and business growth, Binit Kumar has built an impressive career across some of the world’s leading FMCG organizations. His elevation reflects Dabur’s confidence in his ability to lead its most strategic healthcare and wellness businesses while accelerating innovation and consumer-centric growth.
During his more than four-year journey with Dabur India Limited, Binit Kumar has steadily advanced through increasingly strategic leadership roles. Prior to his elevation, he served as AGM – Marketing (Oral Care), where he held brand and P&L responsibility for Dabur’s oral care portfolio, leading innovation pipelines, strategic brand development, media planning, digital marketing, and award-winning marketing initiatives. Under his leadership, the category introduced several pioneering campaigns and strengthened Dabur’s leadership in Ayurvedic oral care through innovation, consumer engagement, and brand transformation.
Earlier, he served as DGM – Marketing/P&L Owner – Oral Care, leading one of Dabur’s largest categories. He drove product innovation, consumer understanding, communication transformation, and portfolio growth while successfully managing the company’s flagship oral care brands through strategic marketing, technology-led consumer engagement, and business expansion initiatives.
Before joining Dabur, Binit spent nearly four years with Zydus Wellness, where he served as DGM Marketing/P&L Owner – Foods and earlier as Head of Trade & Shopper Marketing – India & Subcontinent. He led brand strategy, innovation, portfolio management, shopper marketing, new product development, and go-to-market execution across leading brands including Nutralite, Complan, Glucon-D, Nycil, Sugar Free, and EverYuth, helping expand categories, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable business growth.
Prior to that, he was associated with Coty, where he served as Business Head – Key Accounts and India Trade Marketing Manager, leading key account management, premium brand launches, customer profitability, trade marketing, and commercial strategy while successfully expanding the company’s premium beauty portfolio in India.
Earlier in his career, Binit spent nearly six years with Procter & Gamble, progressing through multiple leadership assignments including National Market Strategy & Customer Marketing, Unit Manager – General Trade & Modern Trade, and Key Account Manager – GT & MT. During this period, he developed strong capabilities in shopper marketing, customer strategy, commercial excellence, distribution management, go-to-market execution, and business leadership across multiple FMCG categories.
He began his professional journey with Vodafone Essar Limited as a Management Trainee, following internships with Britannia Industries Limited and an early role as Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant Technology Solutions, providing him with a broad foundation spanning sales, marketing, technology, and business operations.
