Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Rishikesh Santosh Shinde has joined CMA CGM as Director – Talent Development, Global Business Services (GBS). In this role, he will lead global talent development and capability-building initiatives across CMA CGM’s GBS ecosystem, with a focus on leadership development, learning strategy, organizational capability, talent transformation, and building future-ready workforce ecosystems across multiple geographies.
Rishikesh brings over two decades of experience across HR transformation, talent management, leadership development, workforce strategy, organizational development, and capability building. Prior to joining CMA CGM, he served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Honeywell, where he led workforce planning and succession readiness for nearly 2,000 engineering employees, managed a leadership pipeline of around 300 high-potential leaders, and supported HR strategy for Engineering GCC teams across multiple global business units.
Earlier, Rishikesh spent more than 12 years with FORVIA, where he held several leadership roles across HR transformation, Forvia University, employee shared services, mobility, compensation and benefits, organizational development, talent management, talent acquisition, communications, and HR business partnering. During this tenure, he led enterprise learning and leadership development strategy, implemented capability frameworks, managed compensation structures across 13 countries, and supported engineering and manufacturing expansion across India.
His earlier career includes HR leadership and consulting roles across technology, engineering, and services organizations, including Persistent, Endurance Systems Pvt Ltd, and other early-career HR assignments. With strong expertise across talent ecosystems, leadership capability, HR transformation, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness, Rishikesh is well-positioned to support CMA CGM’s global business services talent agenda and leadership excellence.
