Zurich, Switzerland, May 2026 — Peter Strickner has taken over the role of Head of Group Controlling at SWAROVSKI, expanding his leadership responsibilities within the global luxury crystal and jewelry company. In addition to his existing responsibilities for Commercial Controlling, he will now also lead Global Supply Chain Finance, further strengthening the organization’s financial governance, strategic planning, and operational performance management functions.
Peter has been associated with SWAROVSKI for nearly two decades, holding several progressive finance, controlling, and transformation leadership positions across the organization. In his new role as Vice President Business Finance | Head of Group Controlling, he is responsible for leading global controlling, commercial finance, supply chain finance, and executive-level financial business partnering, while also serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Swarovski Wattens.
Before this elevation, Peter served as Vice President Business Finance | Controlling, where he partnered closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making, performance management, growth initiatives, and global cost optimization programs. Earlier, he held leadership positions including Director Finance | Controlling, Associate Director Business Transformation, Head of Global Process Management Finance & Administration, and Global Process Manager Finance & Administration, contributing extensively to global finance transformation, process optimization, SAP implementations, investment governance, business services transformation, and enterprise-wide operational efficiency initiatives.
With deep expertise spanning corporate finance, global controlling, supply chain finance, business transformation, financial governance, SAP implementation, and strategic performance management, Peter Strickner continues to play a key role in strengthening Swarovski’s global finance and operational strategy as the company advances its transformation and long-term growth agenda.
