Secaucus, New Jersey, United States, May 2026 — Eric Warner has been promoted to the role of Group Vice President, Head of Human Resources at The Children’s Place, marking another significant milestone in his leadership journey with the organization. In this elevated role, he will lead the company’s human resources strategy, people operations, workforce planning, HR technology initiatives, and organizational transformation priorities across the retail business.
Eric has been associated with The Children’s Place for the past four years, holding progressive HR and HR technology leadership positions including Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Operations and earlier HRIS Director. During his tenure, he has contributed to strengthening HR operations, HR systems modernization, workforce planning, total rewards strategy, process improvement, and enterprise HR transformation initiatives.
Before joining The Children’s Place, Eric served as Global HRIS Director at Bioclinica, where he led HR systems and workforce technology initiatives. Earlier, he worked with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as Senior Manager, HR Systems Design & Development and HRIS Manager, supporting HR technology strategy and operational process enhancements. He also held HRIS leadership roles with DFC Global Corp. and analytical leadership positions at St. Luke’s University Health Network, where he gained extensive expertise across HR systems, business intelligence, analytics, workforce planning, and technology implementation.
