In her new role, Diphaa will spearhead the company’s sales strategy, accelerate business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive market expansion across strategic industry segments.
With over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, business development, and strategic partnerships, Diphaa brings an exceptional track record of building high-growth businesses across global technology organizations. Throughout her career, she has led sales, partner ecosystems, and market expansion initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, helping organizations scale their business and strengthen customer engagement.
Prior to joining Lyptus Technologies, Diphaa served at DEPT®, where she most recently held the position of Vice President of Growth – APAC. In this role, she led growth initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, driving strategic business development and helping global brands accelerate their digital transformation journeys. Earlier, she served as Director – APAC Digital Business, leading regional digital business expansion and strengthening client partnerships across key markets.
Before DEPT®, Diphaa spent nearly seven years with Adobe as Lead – System Integrators & Global Consulting Partners (India), where she played a pivotal role in developing strategic alliances and expanding Adobe’s enterprise partner ecosystem. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at CA Technologies as Channel Accounts Director, MphasiS as Associate Vice President – Business Development (Emerging Markets) and Account Manager, Microland Limited as Marketing Manager, Corpus as Business Development Manager, and Nous Infosystems as Business Support Manager, building extensive expertise across enterprise sales, channel management, marketing, and business development.
