Emma’s promotion reflects a remarkable career progression built entirely within AHEAD. Over the past 10 years, she has steadily advanced through a series of increasingly responsible HR leadership roles, demonstrating expertise across human resources, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and strategic business partnering.
Most recently, Emma served as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, where she partnered with senior leadership to align people strategies with business priorities while supporting organizational growth and workforce development. Prior to that, she held the role of HR Business Partner, helping drive employee engagement, talent initiatives, and organizational effectiveness across the business.
Earlier in her tenure, Emma served as Benefits and Compensation Specialist, where she managed key rewards and compensation programs, before beginning her journey with AHEAD as a Human Resources Associate. Her broad experience across multiple HR disciplines has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s culture, people, and business objectives, positioning her well for her expanded leadership responsibilities.
