Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2024 – Ranjeeka Sachdev has been appointed as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Jaquar Group, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategic human capital management.
Possessing an MBA in HR and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree, Ranjeeka’s commitment to professional development is evident through her certifications as a Mentor and a Coach, underscoring her dedication to nurturing talent. Her arrival underscores Jaquar Group’s commitment to cultivating a dynamic and inclusive work culture, poised for sustainable growth and success.
Ranjeeka’s most recent role was as General Manager – HR, South Asia at Pernod Ricard India, where she was responsible for Inclusion & Diversity, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and Employee Policies & Processes. She also served as the HR Business Partner to Corporate and South Asia, showcasing her strategic HR leadership and expertise in global human resources management.
Before that, she was HR Head – Commercial at Pernod Ricard India, where she established the Sales HR vertical. Her responsibilities included Talent Acquisition & Retention, Career & Succession Planning, Employee Development, Compensation & Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
Ranjeeka also held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Pernod Ricard India, focusing on revamping the Performance Management Process, rolling out a National Employee Engagement Tool, and implementing strategic initiatives to create a high-performing environment.
Earlier in her career, Ranjeeka was an Associate Manager HR at Gap Inc., where she handled Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, and Training. At Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., she served as Manager HR, overseeing Recruitment and Compensation, Training & Development, and Performance Management System. Her key deliverables included developing a Competence Framework, identifying training needs, and formulating a new Performance Management System.
