Career Journey:
Ninad’s most recent role was at HealthAssure as Chief Information & Transformation Officer, Chief People Officer, where he led a holistic business transformation and cultural enhancement. Initiatives included pioneering the On-demand Insta Telemedicine platform, introducing a Customer Obsession core value that significantly elevated the Net Promoter Score, and implementing performance metrics through Fitbot OKRs & KPIs, resulting in a substantial productivity gain. He successfully migrated the entire tech infrastructure to AWS cloud, boosting productivity significantly. Ninad also engineered a seamless integration framework in microservices, API architecture, and automation.
Before this, he served as Director, Chief Information & Operating Officer at HealthAssure, where he spearheaded remarkable company growth and contributed to substantial revenues. He led the transformation into the largest HealthTech organization, overseeing operations, customer service, and strategic initiatives, including the successful acquisition and integration of FitMeIn.
At UnitedHealth Group, Ninad was the Director & Head – Information Technology. He established and grew UHG India’s Technology & Operations organization, overseeing budgeting, manpower planning, data security, and compliance with industry standards. He introduced innovative healthcare programs, achieved positive outcomes, and managed a dynamic Provider Network organization with medical centers across cities.
Earlier in his career, Ninad held the position of Regional Manager at Pugmarks, where he was globally recognized for creating the first automated backup solution, enhancing internal operations and customer satisfaction, and demonstrating exceptional domain management skills.
