Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, August 2026 — Havells India Ltd has elevated Nitin Singh to the role of Business CFO – Lloyd and Lighting SBU and Head – Corporate Sustainability, marking an expansion of his leadership responsibilities after nearly seven years with the company.
In his new role, Singh takes on financial leadership responsibilities for Havells’ Lloyd and Lighting strategic business units, while continuing to lead the company’s corporate sustainability agenda. The move follows his tenure as Vice President and Head – Risk Management and Corporate Sustainability, a position he held from April 2023 to July 2026.
Singh joined Havells India in 2019 as Associate Vice President & Head – Internal Audit. He subsequently became Joint Vice President and Head – Internal Audit and Corporate Sustainability in 2022 before moving into his Vice President role in 2023. His progression at Havells has given him leadership exposure across internal audit, enterprise risk management, governance and corporate sustainability, culminating in his latest move into a Business CFO mandate.
Before joining Havells, Singh spent approximately 13 years across professional services and consulting organizations. He served as Director at PwC India from 2017 to 2019, following more than three years as Associate Director at KPMG India. Earlier, he worked as Senior Manager at Protiviti and spent more than seven years with Grant Thornton India LLP, where he progressed to Manager. His early career also included a stint as a Risk Analyst at GE.
Singh holds a postgraduate qualification focused on Accounting and Finance from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). His career combines experience in finance, risk, internal audit and sustainability across both consulting and corporate environments, providing a broad foundation for his expanded leadership responsibilities at Havells India.
