Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Abakkus Mutual Fund has announced the appointment of Mr. Pratish Krishnan as Senior Fund Manager-Equity, further strengthening the fund house’s investment leadership team as it scales its presence in India’s mutual fund industry.
Pratish is a seasoned investment professional, who brings over 25 years of experience across fund management, equity research and sector coverage in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sectors.
Pratish has built a strong track record in investment performance and strategic leadership. In his previous engagement with Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, he contributed to the turnaround of key schemes, including the Equity Linked Savings Scheme (ELSS) and the Conservative Hybrid Fund. He also played an important role in conceptualization and launch of Innovation Fund, reflecting a forward-looking approach to thematic investing. In addition, he has managed Mid Cap Fund, Thematic, Hybrid and Solution-oriented schemes.
Earlier in his career, he has also held senior analyst role at reputed organizations including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, SBI Capital Markets and Antique Stock Broking.
