Krutika joins DNEG with nearly two decades of experience across executive search, leadership hiring, talent acquisition, human resources, and organizational talent strategy. Her appointment reflects DNEG’s continued investment in attracting world-class technology and business talent to support its growing portfolio of creative and technology-driven services.
In her new role, Krutika will lead talent acquisition initiatives across technology and support functions, partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams that enable innovation, operational excellence, and future growth. She joins DNEG at a time when the company continues to strengthen its position at the intersection of creativity, technology, visual effects, animation, and immersive content.
Prior to joining DNEG, Krutika served as Client Relationship Leader – Talent Acquisition at Barclays, where she partnered with senior business stakeholders on strategic talent acquisition initiatives. She also led leadership and C-suite hiring programs through Barclays’ partnership with AMS, supporting executive recruitment and senior leadership talent strategies.
Before Barclays, she spent more than four years with Genpact as Hiring Leader – Talent Scouting Partner/Specialist for APAC and Europe Leadership Hiring, where she led executive search and leadership recruitment initiatives across multiple international markets. During her tenure, she developed deep expertise in senior leadership hiring, talent mapping, stakeholder management, and global recruitment strategy.
Earlier in her career, Krutika held HR leadership positions with InfoCepts, Alacrity E-Commerce Solutions, SMS Infrastructure Limited, and Prime Focus, where she managed talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and broader human resources functions.
She also built a strong foundation in executive search and recruitment consulting through roles at ABC Consultants, Datamatics Global Services, Times Business Group, and Infinite Computing Systems, gaining extensive experience across technology, digital, financial services, media, telecommunications, and professional services sectors.
Over the years, Krutika has developed expertise in executive hiring, leadership talent acquisition, talent scouting, organizational talent strategy, employer branding, stakeholder management, workforce planning, and building scalable recruitment functions. Her experience spans both corporate talent acquisition and executive search environments, enabling her to effectively align talent strategies with business objectives.
A graduate of the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), where she earned her MBA in Human Resources Management, Krutika combines strong business acumen with deep expertise in talent and leadership hiring.
Her appointment is expected to further strengthen DNEG’s ability to attract and retain top technology and business talent as the company continues to push the boundaries of visual storytelling, creative technologies, and innovation across global markets.
