London, United Kingdom, June 2026 — Lumanity has promoted Miranda Durston to the role of Global Senior HR Business Partner, recognizing her contributions to the organization’s global people strategy and business partnering capabilities. In her expanded role, Miranda will continue partnering with business leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and people initiatives that support Lumanity’s global growth.
Miranda has been with Lumanity for more than three years, progressing through increasingly senior HR leadership roles. She joined the company as Global HR Business Partner in January 2023, where she supported international business functions by aligning people strategies with business objectives, strengthening employee engagement, and partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams. Her promotion to Global Senior HR Business Partner reflects her growing impact on the organization’s global people agenda.
Prior to joining Lumanity, Miranda served as HR Business Partner at Hachette UK, where she partnered with business leaders on employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning across one of the UK’s leading publishing organizations.
Earlier, she worked as Regional HR Advisor / Business Partner at Robins & Day, supporting multiple locations with HR strategy, employee relations, leadership coaching, and operational HR initiatives across the automotive retail business.
Before that, Miranda was HR Advisor at Shopper Media Group Ltd, where she managed end-to-end HR operations for more than 150 employees. Her responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, policy development, performance management, coaching managers, and implementing company-wide people initiatives that supported organizational growth.
She began her HR career as HR Administrator at GRIPS TYRES & WHEELS LTD, gaining experience across payroll administration, employee records, HR systems, and organizational support. Earlier, she also served as Store Manager at Starbucks, where she developed hands-on leadership experience in recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation, and team engagement.
Miranda’s career reflects a strong progression from operational HR into strategic global business partnering, with expertise spanning talent management, employee experience, organizational development, leadership support, and people strategy. Her promotion reinforces Lumanity’s commitment to developing internal talent while strengthening its global HR leadership capability.
