Punit Doshi Elevated to Senior Director, IT PMO at Qualys

Foster City, California, USA, July 2026 — Qualys has elevated Punit Doshi to the role of Senior Director, IT PMO, recognizing his leadership in driving enterprise transformation, strategic program management, and portfolio execution across the global cybersecurity company. With nearly two decades of experience spanning enterprise technology, business transformation, IT strategy, and program management, Punit will continue to play a pivotal role in accelerating Qualys’ digital transformation journey.

In his expanded leadership role, Punit will oversee the global IT Project Management Office (PMO), partnering closely with executive leadership to orchestrate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, optimize portfolio investments, strengthen execution excellence, and enhance organizational agility across technology and business functions.

Punit’s progression at Qualys reflects a rapid trajectory of leadership and impact. He joined the company in October 2023 as Senior Program Manager, IT PMO, where he led strategic transformation programs across Sales, Finance, and Channel operations. Within a year, he was promoted to Senior Manager, IT PMO, taking responsibility for building the company’s global IT PMO organization while leading transformation initiatives across Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Customer Support, Service Cloud, FedRAMP High initiatives, enterprise applications, infrastructure, networking, information security, and application portfolio management.

In June 2025, he advanced to Director, Strategy and PMO, where he partnered with C-suite executives and business leaders to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, lead the global PMO function, optimize portfolio execution, and champion digital transformation across the organization. His latest elevation to Senior Director, IT PMO underscores his continued contribution to Qualys’ strategic growth agenda.

Prior to joining Qualys, Punit spent nearly seven years at Conga, where he held successive leadership positions in strategy, operations, and program management. As Manager (Strategy and Programs), he led strategic initiatives spanning business transformation, go-to-market strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership. Earlier, as Manager, Business Operations and PMO, he established and led the offshore strategic program management function while building high-performing teams and driving large-scale transformation programs.

Earlier in his career, Punit served as Senior Principal Consultant at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, where he led technical account management and service delivery for one of India’s leading stock exchanges. Managing a team of more than 65 professionals, he successfully delivered projects across futures and options, cash markets, currency derivatives, and release management while overseeing an annual engagement valued at approximately US$1.8 million.

He also spent nearly four years with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an IT Analyst, leading solution architecture, application development, and technology delivery for leading financial market clients. He began his professional journey at Patni Computer Systems as a Software Engineer, gaining strong technical expertise across software development, release management, requirement analysis, and enterprise application delivery.

With a career combining deep expertise in enterprise PMO leadership, digital transformation, portfolio governance, strategic execution, IT modernization, cloud technologies, and business operations, Punit has consistently demonstrated the ability to align technology investments with business strategy while delivering measurable organizational outcomes.

Academically, Punit holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), complementing his technology background with strong business and financial acumen.
