New Delhi, Delhi, India, January 2025 – Payounidhi Tamotia has been named Executive Director at ArcelorMittal Construction, where he will oversee strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation in the construction sector. With over two decades of leadership experience spanning sales, marketing, and operations, Payounidhi will focus on enhancing channel management, P&L accountability, and delivering innovative solutions to strengthen ArcelorMittal Construction’s position as an industry leader.
Payounidhi transitions to ArcelorMittal Construction from Kingspan Jindal Pvt. Ltd., where he served as President – Sales & Marketing for over five years. In this role, he led initiatives that significantly impacted business performance, focusing on career development, executive management, and skill-building to position the organization for sustainable growth.

Prior to that, Payounidhi spent nearly 12 years at dormakaba, where he progressed through several leadership roles, including Sales Director & Business Lead and Head of Vertical – Retail. His tenure was marked by strong general management, P&L oversight, and expertise in channel management and B2B sales, driving top-line and bottom-line results across India.
Earlier in his career, Payounidhi honed his strategic and operational skills through key positions such as Project Manager at Schindler India Pvt Ltd, Productivity Improvement Engineer at Sandvik Asia Pvt Ltd, and Marketing Engineer at KSB Pumps Ltd, where he contributed to business expansion through impactful sales and marketing strategies.
