In her new role, Regina Gwynn will lead experience, community, and programming for the Tory Burch Foundation’s Fellowship, a community comprising hundreds of women entrepreneurs. Her mandate will center on creating meaningful experiences and connections that help participating founders build stronger, more scalable businesses. She will continue supporting Black Women Talk Tech, the organization she co-founded in 2017 to help Black women technology founders build and scale high-growth companies.

Regina brings more than 20 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, community building, marketing, strategy, venture ecosystems, and business development. As Co-Founder of Black Women Talk Tech, she has spent nearly a decade helping create an ecosystem focused on increasing access, connections, and opportunities for Black women founders in technology. She has also contributed to the broader entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem through roles with Ada Ventures and Pipeline Angels, where she gained experience supporting founders and expanding access to early-stage capital.

Her entrepreneurial journey also includes serving as Co-Founder & CEO of TresseNoire from 2014 to 2020. The beauty technology venture focused on making products and professional services for women with textured hair more accessible, including through a mobile beauty platform connecting customers with natural-hair stylists. Earlier, Regina worked in marketing at The Apparel Group, served as a Consultant with Monitor Group, and spent more than six years with Macy’s Merchandising Group, progressing through product and marketing positions.

Regina holds an MBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers University. Her combination of entrepreneurial experience, strategic marketing expertise, and community leadership positions her to support the Tory Burch Foundation’s mission of increasing women’s economic power through entrepreneurship.

About Tory Burch Foundation

The Tory Burch Foundation works to increase women’s economic power by supporting entrepreneurs in building businesses designed for long-term success. The Foundation views entrepreneurship as an important pathway to financial independence and broader economic and community impact.

Through an ecosystem of experts, innovators, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs, the Foundation connects women founders with resources, networks, programming, and opportunities designed to help them scale and lead. Its initiatives focus on strengthening the capabilities and connections entrepreneurs need to build sustainable businesses and contribute to the wider economy.
