Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, August 2026 — Rubber King Tyre Group has appointed Amit Verma as Group Head – HR & Admin, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its global manufacturing footprint and workforce capabilities.
Amit brings more than 20 years of experience across human resources, administration, organizational development, industrial relations, talent management, HR transformation, compensation, employee engagement, workforce planning, and leadership development. In his new role, he will lead the Group’s HR and administration agenda, with a focus on building organizational capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, driving operational excellence, and aligning people strategy with long-term business growth.
Prior to joining Rubber King Tyre Group, Amit served as Group Head – Human Resources at JAY Chemical Industries Private Limited, where he led strategic business partnering, organization design, workforce planning, leadership development, HR governance, digital HR, compensation, employee engagement, and enterprise transformation initiatives. His responsibilities also spanned plant HR, administration, security, facilities, compliance, and organizational resilience.
Earlier, Amit spent nearly 10 years at ISGEC HITACHI ZOSEN LIMITED as Senior Human Resources Manager, leading end-to-end HR across talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, HR operations, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and policy governance. Before that, he served as Plant Head – HR & Admin at Nuberg Engineering Ltd., where he managed regional HR strategy for process equipment and chemical manufacturing operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, training, performance management, and union engagement.
His earlier career includes HR and administration roles at ISGEC, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd., and Wockhardt, where he built a strong foundation in recruitment, training and development, employee relations, administration, and HR operations.
Amit has completed a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, where he graduated with Grade A, and has also completed an HR Management program from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. His academic background further strengthens his expertise in organizational development, change management, and strategic HR leadership.
