Hyderabad, Telangana, India, August 2026 — Extreme Compute, Inc. has appointed Neelesh Mansharamani as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, he will lead the company’s operational strategy, strengthen execution across functions, and support the continued expansion of Extreme Compute’s Sovereign Enterprise Cloud platform across India.
Neelesh brings nearly 20 years of experience across enterprise cloud, IT infrastructure, service delivery, customer success, program management, business operations, and digital transformation. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at CloudFirst Technology, where he had end-to-end responsibility across operations, sales, renewals, solutions, RFPs, P&L, gross profit management, people, processes, technology, products, projects, and services. His role focused on scaling core operations, building resilient systems, and strengthening customer delivery.
Prior to CloudFirst Technology, Neelesh served as Director – Service Delivery at INADEV India, leading global cloud and infrastructure delivery across AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premise environments, end-user computing, security, compliance, managed services, professional services, vendor management, and customer onboarding. Earlier, he spent nearly five years at TechMinfy as Director – Program Management and Head – Customer Success, where he scaled teams from four to around 90 members, led multimillion-dollar cloud and infrastructure programs, and maintained customer retention above 99% for four consecutive years.
His earlier leadership journey includes roles at CtrlS Datacenters, where he led customer engagement, ITSM governance, process maturity, audits, service management, and enterprise account relationships; Vyom Labs, where he managed ITIL and ISO 20000 service-management architecture and client implementations; Netlink, where he progressed through service desk, delivery, projects, and services leadership roles; and Dell, where he worked in service leadership.
Neelesh holds a PGDBM/MBA in Operations Management from the National Institute of Management, complementing his hands-on experience in building scalable operating models, leading complex infrastructure programs, and driving service excellence.
