With over 25 years of experience across engineering, IT services, and digital transformation, Sriram brings a proven track record of driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strong client partnerships across industries including automotive, industrial, and high-tech.
In his new role, he will focus on accelerating growth, enhancing market presence, and leveraging ALTEN Group’s global expertise to deliver greater value to clients while scaling innovation-led solutions across industries.
Prior to joining ALTEN Technology USA, Sriram served as SVP & GM – Technology Business Unit and Global Head – Google Cloud Business Unit at GlobalLogic, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives and drove growth across global technology clients. He also played a key role in expanding Google Cloud adoption and building differentiated solution offerings across industries.
Earlier, he held the role of Chief of Staff / Chief Revenue Officer at GlobalLogic, where he led go-to-market transformation, sales strategy, and integration initiatives following acquisitions, driving consistent growth across business units.
Before GlobalLogic, Sriram spent over a decade at Cognizant, where he held multiple leadership roles including Strategic Business Unit Head – Manufacturing, delivering strong revenue growth, expanding digital capabilities, and building high-impact client relationships across global markets.
His earlier career includes leadership roles at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where he managed large-scale delivery transformations, and at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Caterpillar India, where he developed deep expertise in manufacturing systems, supply chain, and engineering operations.
