United States, July 2026 — Aspire Health Group has appointed Melanie Boroosan as Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new executive leadership role, she will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning and people operations, supporting Aspire Health Group’s continued growth across its network of skilled nursing and post-acute care providers.
Melanie joins Aspire Health Group with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience across healthcare human resources, consulting, operations and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining Aspire Health Group, Melanie served for approximately five years as Director of Healthcare Innovation at Apploi, where she worked with healthcare organizations to advance workforce innovation, talent acquisition strategies and technology-enabled HR solutions for the healthcare sector.
Alongside her corporate leadership role, Melanie also founded and led M3L Consulting as Owner, providing Fractional CHRO and human resources consulting services for nearly six years, advising organizations on people strategy, organizational development and HR transformation.
Earlier, Melanie served as Corporate Director of Human Resources at Attain ABA for around one year, while also working as a Consultant with Investment 360 during the same period, supporting strategic human resources and organizational initiatives.
Prior to that, she was Corporate Director of Human Resources at Vita/Innovative Healthcare Group for over one year, leading enterprise HR operations and people initiatives across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Melanie held progressively responsible leadership and operational roles with Fiscal Care Services LLC, Nursing & Behavioral Health Services, LLC, 22nd Century Connections, M.D. International Studies, Pomegranate Market and Chester International, building a diverse foundation across healthcare, operations, administration and business management.
