Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, January 2026 — Raquel Carneiro has started a new chapter as Chief People Officer at Vestacy, bringing global people leadership experience to the fast-growing home and hygiene products company backed by Advent International.
In her new role, Carneiro will lead Vestacy’s global people and culture agenda, shaping leadership development, organizational transformation, DEI, and talent strategies across more than 20 countries as Vestacy continues to build a founder-mindset culture following its carve-out from Reckitt.
Prior to joining Vestacy, Carneiro served as Chief Human Resources Officer, Essential Home at Reckitt, where she led the end-to-end HR workstream during the carve-out of Essential Home to Advent ownership. She directed complex M&A integration, change management, and organizational transformation across 15+ countries, ensuring continuity and cultural alignment during a major global transition.
Earlier, she was HR Director LATAM – Hygiene, Health & Nutrition at Reckitt, driving regional cultural transformation, leadership development, DEI, and high-performance talent strategies, achieving industry-leading engagement scores even through the pandemic. She also held global and regional HR leadership roles at Fonterra, leading people strategy execution across 25+ countries and supporting more than 11,000 employees worldwide.
Her career includes senior people leadership positions at Arezzo&Co, Noble Group, and Anheuser-Busch InBev, where she built HR functions, led IPO-linked cultural transformations, and delivered large-scale performance and rewards frameworks across Latin America and global markets.
Carneiro has completed leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
