Dubai, United Arab Emirates, August 2026 — Nitin Mogha has joined United Foods Company (PJSC) as Head – HR Shared Services, SAP, Operations & Total Rewards, taking on a broad HR leadership mandate spanning shared services, HR operations, rewards and technology-enabled transformation. He brings over 17 years of human resources experience, with deep expertise in total rewards, compensation and benefits, HR operations, shared services, HR digitalization and SAP-led transformation.
Prior to his new role, Mogha served as Director HR at Cresco Real Estate LLC in Dubai. Before that, he worked as an independent consultant with Equitane, supporting organizations on compensation and benefits, HR operations, digitalization and HR transformation. His consulting exposure included assignments associated with businesses across Africa and other international markets.
Earlier, Mogha was with AB Mauri, a global business of Associated British Foods plc, where he led Total Rewards, HR Operations, Shared Services and Digital HR Transformation across SSEA and the Middle East. During this tenure, his responsibilities brought together regional rewards strategy, operational HR delivery and transformation initiatives across multiple markets.
Mogha previously spent nearly four years with Jakson Group as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, managing areas including compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, HR policies, statutory compliance, employee benefits, HR analytics and annual compensation reviews. Before Jakson, he spent more than six years with Jubilant FoodWorks, where his assignments included Senior Manager – Total Rewards, HR Operations, COE & Shared Services and Regional Head – HR, North India for Domino’s and Dunkin’ Donuts.
He began his HR career with Spice Mobile and holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University. His career progression reflects extensive experience in building scalable HR processes, strengthening rewards frameworks and using technology to improve HR service delivery and organizational effectiveness.
