Chesapeake, Virginia, United States, July 2024 – Nicole Connolly has joined Supernova as the new Vice President Human Resources. Nicole will bring her extensive HR experience to support Supernova’s mission and drive its human resources strategy forward.
Nicole Connolly most recently served as Human Resources Manager at Interest Mortgage, where she managed HR operations, including open enrollment, auditing, communication, and employee benefits. Before that, she held a similar role at Southern Trust Mortgage, focusing on employee benefits and vendor management.
Earlier in her career, Nicole worked at LTD Hospitality Group as an HRIS/Benefits/Payroll Administrator and Sr. Human Resources Generalist, overseeing benefits administration, FMLA, OSHA, workers comp administration, and payroll.
Nicole’s career also includes roles as an Account Manager at Advanced Benefit Strategies of VA, where she provided HR and benefits advisory services, and as a Manager at Career Strategies Inc., where she managed equine training and facility maintenance.
Her diverse background in human resources and management makes her a valuable addition to Supernova’s leadership team.
