Perth, Western Australia, September 2024 – Neha Patel has stepped into the role of Head of Delivery Performance at Telstra, Australia’s leading telecommunications and information services company. In this capacity, Neha will lead initiatives to optimize delivery processes and performance, ensuring Telstra continues to offer best-in-class technology services across the country and globally.
Neha brings a wealth of experience to Telstra, having previously served as the Head of Technology Services Delivery at Telstra Purple, where she led teams in the delivery of critical technology solutions for over three years. Before this, she was the General Manager – Delivery (Mining, Energy & Construction) at Telstra Purple, leading high-impact projects across multiple sectors.
Her background includes senior roles at Empired Ltd, where she held the position of National Practice Manager – Cloud, Datacentre and EUS. In this role, she was responsible for driving cloud-based solutions and managing large-scale enterprise technology services. Prior to this, Neha worked at Kinetic IT as an Operations Manager, where she oversaw IT operations, and at INX Software as a Technical & Support Services Manager.
Neha is also actively involved in the community as a Non-Executive Director for PBF Australia and Astley Care, showcasing her dedication to making a positive impact beyond the tech industry.
