Dallas, Texas, United States, August 2026 — Torrey Searles has been appointed Chief People Officer at Yondr Group, taking on leadership of the company’s global people function. He brings extensive experience across people strategy, talent management, organizational development, executive leadership and operations, alongside an earlier career in the U.S. Army.
Searles joins Yondr Group following more than eight years at T5 Data Centers, where he progressed through a series of increasingly senior leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President (EVP), after previously holding the position of Senior Vice President (SVP). His progression at T5 reflected an expansion from talent-focused responsibilities into broader executive and business leadership.
Earlier at T5 Data Centers, Searles served as Vice President – Talent, leading talent-related priorities after several years working across Talent Acquisition and Development. His experience within the data center sector gives him a strong understanding of the people and organizational requirements of businesses operating in rapidly expanding digital infrastructure markets.
Before joining T5 Data Centers, Searles spent more than six years with Bradley-Morris, progressing from Candidate Recruiter to General Manager. His work there focused on connecting professionals transitioning from military service with opportunities across corporate America. Prior to Bradley-Morris, he spent more than five years with Target, serving in leadership roles including ETL – Logistics and Group Leader.
Searles began his career in the U.S. Army, serving for five years and attaining the rank of Captain. He holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. His combination of military leadership, operations, talent development and data center industry experience provides a broad foundation as he takes responsibility for Yondr Group’s global people agenda.
