New Delhi, Delhi, India, April, 2025 — Vineet Mishra has been appointed as Vice President, Operations, India & South Asia at Accor, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In this new role, he will be responsible for overseeing operational strategies across Accor’s diverse portfolio in the region, with a strong focus on enhancing business performance, driving operational excellence, and elevating guest experience standards.
At Accor, Vineet has held several senior roles, most recently serving as Interim Head of Operations – Premium and Midscale Hotels, India and South Asia. Prior to that, he was the Cluster General Manager for nearly three years and the Complex General Manager of Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity. His leadership at these properties significantly enhanced operational outcomes, market positioning, and team performance across key hospitality assets.
Before joining Accor, Vineet held prominent leadership positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He served as Cluster General Manager, Pune and General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton Pune, where he led pre-opening operations, established a strong luxury brand presence, and managed multiple Marriott properties including JW Marriott Pune and Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi, overseeing operations for six hotels in total under various brands.
Vineet’s career began with The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where he progressed through a variety of operational roles including Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms Division Manager, and Front Office Manager at landmark properties such as The Oberoi, New Delhi, and The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata. His early leadership journey also includes assignments at JW Marriott Mumbai, Marriott Kochi, and Courtyard by Marriott Pune City Centre, where he made a lasting impact on team engagement, guest satisfaction, and property performance.
